Alex has worked in the field of Creative Industries for 30 years with a decade of experience in interpretive design projects including strategic planning, master planning, exhibition design and project management, concept design and implementation of public artworks, stakeholder and community consultation including consultation with Indigenous communities. She is currently the Business Development Manager at Thylacine and continues to lead interdisciplinary teams working on interpretive and public domain projects.
She holds a PhD from the Australian National University School of Art and Design researching Australian media art and place. She is inspired to work in the field of interpretive design to work as part of a team that tell important cultural stories that have the capacity to drive social change.
